Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change an order?

Email service@kelrost.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change or cancellation requested. We will check whether fulfillment has begun and advise what is possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If the order has shipped, review the Returns & Refunds Policy for the available return process. Do not place a second order solely to correct an address without contacting us first.
