Payment and checkout

The payment methods available to you, transaction currency, shipping charge, applicable taxes and final order total appear at checkout before you place an order. Availability of a payment method may depend on your country, device and payment provider.

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and its payment partners. Kelrost does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Your bank may request verification or apply its own currency-conversion terms.

If a payment fails, check your billing details and contact your payment provider. For questions about an order or charge, write to service@kelrost.com with the order number.
