Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping and delivery

For supported destinations shown at checkout, standard shipping is $5.99 on orders below $45 and free on orders of $45 or more. The destination, currency and final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Orders require preparation before dispatch. Delivery time varies with destination, carrier operations and customs processing; an estimate shown at checkout is not a guaranteed arrival date. Local import duties, taxes or handling charges may apply unless checkout states otherwise.

Please check your address before placing an order. If you notice an error, email service@kelrost.com promptly with the order number; an address change may not be possible after dispatch. Contact us if a parcel arrives damaged or tracking appears incorrect.
